Hey, everyone. I am super excited to be starting this blog. I am not sure how many people will actually follow me but it is something that I have wanted to do for quite a while.  I know a few of my Instagram followers are excited to see the posts about Keto recipes.

If you don’t know what a Keto diet is you can see this page for some info on that way of eating: Keto Life.  Its fairly simple to follow if you’re dedicated to trying.  I have had good success so far.

Just a little background on me so you can understand some of the things I eat and why.  I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in my early 20s.  It is an autoimmune disease.  I also have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis which, turns out, does better on s gluten free diet anyway and is also an autoimmune disease.  They say if you have one autoimmune disease then you probably have 2.  There’s my two.  I plan on discussing these topics more in depth in the future.  If there is anything pertaining to these two that you’d like me to blog about then leave a comment below.

I don’t have a lot of time left today to write because it’s taken me 1.5 hours to get this little bit set up.  I’ll be working on this all week in hopes of upgrading to more features, pictures and fun.
