Raise your hand if you were given traditional Mac n’ Cheese as a child!! When I had to go gluten free due to a Celiac diagnosis I searched out all unhealthy things gluten free, ha ha. Mac n’ Cheese was one of them. Gluten free pasta has come a long way since I went gluten free back in the day.

It cooks up quite easily. Boil the noodles, drain, mix the sauce in the pan and then add the noodles in. DONE! We added butter to the sauce to give it a richer flavor as suggested on the box but you can do it without. Sometimes parents need easy and this is easy.
My almost 3 year old loves it and so do I. It tastes better than the leading brand of Mac n’ Cheese, if you ask me. I have been gluten free for over 10 years. It’s pretty creamy and as long as you boil the noodles long enough, the noodle texture is on point. Gluten free noodles take twice as long to boil so be sure to taste one before moving to the next step. That’s a personal suggestion based on years of experience.
