If you’ve followed me for any length of time on Instagram you probably already know that I’m Pro-Tae Bo workouts. If you don’t know what Tae Bo is then here is the link.
I started doing Tae Bo in high school and it’s a super effective at home workout. When i can’t make it to the gym or I can’t workout outside I always fall back on Tae Bo. It’s a tried and true workout that renders results, makes me sweat makes me feel the burn.
This Tae Bo Burnout workout can be found on YouTube for FREE so why are you paying to stream workouts? Actually there are so many workouts on YouTube for every level that are FREE. Anyway….
This workout is just what I expected from Billy Blanks. It packs a lot of workout into a short amount of time. 30 mins and you’re done; start to finish. Boom! Knock it out!!! If you’re just starting out this might not be the level for you but it’s worth a shot. This workout raises your heart rate with the typical Tae Bo moves of kicks and punches with plenty of cardio.
I love that it’s a short workout but I can feel the burn within mins of starting the video and yes you’ll be sore the next day.
I know getting your workout in is hard but 30 mins 3-4 times a week is doable for almost everyone. No time wasted driving to and from the gym. You’re already home when you finish so you can shower and go about your day.
Right now this is my favorite go to at home workout. I think you should give it a try.
