A few weeks ago I posted about my skin care routine. I said that it was new and I was excited to try it. Well, here I am about 4 weeks later and I haven’t had a hormonal breakout since. I typically get a breakout the week before Aunt Flo and I’m pleased to say that didn’t happen. Maybe I’m just lucky this month or maybe it’s my new skin care routine?
I wanted to share that I have added hyaluronic acid to the mix. HA (for short so I don’t have to type it out over and over) is a humectant- moisture binding ingredient that keeps skin plump and hydrated.
I found this one on Amazon; it had great reviews and was affordable so I bought it. As we age, we start to loose our natural stores of HA. This helps skin keep the moisture in. I use this once a day; twice if I remember. I also put one drop on the tops of my hands. That’s where we tend to age quickly and I don’t want to have old looking hands ☹️👐🏾.

I actually started using EPO because I wanted relief from PMS and acne. When I don’t use it or when I forget to take it I CAN TELL! It’s also been known to help balance hormones so, it can’t hurt. I’ll never stop taking it. I also bought this bottle of EPO on Amazon. Here is the link.
I want to add a Vitamin C serum, too. I was speaking to a dermatologist at a party I was at and he said I needed to add that to the list. I’ll find it on Amazon and let y’all know how that goes!
